A ruby red colour with some depth and lighter garnet hues on the rim. The bouquet is very smooth, mellow and harmonious, with soft plum, cedar, earth and game aromas seamlessly interwoven with spices, mushrooms and dried herb elements, lifted by a touch of volatility. Velvety and smooth flowing on the palate, very refined secondary flavour with a long lingering finish.

100% Pinot Noir grape. Wine aged for 14 x months in barrel. Not filtered strongly recommended to decant this wine prior to serving. (IWSC Silver 2014 Medal) Outstanding.

Serve with roast duck or pork. With middle Eastern and Asian cuisine.
