Vinified in oak barrels this champagne is notable for its pale golden colour and its abundance of tiny bubbles. The nose is rich and creamy with hints of toast and vanilla. The palate is full of flavours and seems almost sweet; a veritable explosion of tastes from hazelnut to vanilla with a touch of lime.
The perfect wine to serve with fish such as grilled sea bass and with any dish based on truffles.
