A golden colour with flashes of pink and a nose full of the aromas of pastry, yellow fruit and crystallised fruit. The first impression on the palate is lively and generous, followed by a soft, silky texture in mid palate. On the finish a pleasant and uplifting.
This champagne will go wonderfully well with veal and fish dishes.
