This beautiful looking red Ratafia contains 18% alcohol. The liquor is made from the Pinot Noir grape after the production of Champagne and has additional Champagne added during the production process. Ratfia is manly served as an aperitif.
Ratafia can be served as an aperitif or also with melon, fois gras toasted or with Roquefort cheese.
18% alcohol by volume available in 75cl and 20cl bottles.
