This Champagne is especially designed for dessert pastries . It is softer and rather sweeter than the other wines . The sweetness does enhance this delicate blend which is the tradition's guardian.

TASTING NOTES - Straw yellow appearance, a fine and persistent mousse.  A nose of exotic fruit.  Fleshy, mellow,expressive on the palate, with a full round and honeyed final note.

Blend : 69% Chardonnay , 31 % Pinot Noir (non vintage).
