From the 2010 vintage, this rosé assembly is composed of 48% Chardonnay, 52% Pinot Noir (14% Red Champagne) and 26% of reserve wines.

The significant presence of Chardonnay gives pride to the finesse, lightness and elegance to the delicately pink salmon. The nose delicate aromas of red berries (cherries and strawberries) and make a wine that can ideally be used as an appetizer or light desserts, or air, like a tiramisu or a crisp red fruits.

Presented in a white bottle this rosé, dosed at 10g/l, has a real visual charm and full of flattering oriented research purifies and elegance range.
