Salmon coloured Champagne with a well developed flavour of red berries and the fullness of Pinot Noir. This rose is a perfect match for fish cocktail dishes or a marinated salmon dish with chives. It may surprise you with oriental spicy, sour and sweet specialities (curried prawns for example).
